Ross Publications Selects Innovectra For New Local Launch In California
Yellow Pages Publisher Will Debut Web Site and Expanded Internet Marketing Services for Advertisers
Vienna, VA (PRWEB) March 5, 2008 -- Ross Publications, Inc. has selected Innovectra Corporation as its partner to develop its new web-based Internet marketing capability for its Southern California Yellow Pages customers.
Ross currently reaches over 570,000 homes and businesses with its traditional print Yellow Pages books in five markets throughout Orange and Los Angeles Counties, California. With its new Internet offerings Ross will be able to better meet the needs of its Yellow Pages advertisers with a broader array of marketing services using a variety of Internet based digital multimedia capabilities.
Ross will launch a new Internet Yellow Pages (IYP) site, www.RossYellowPages.com, using Innovectra technology this spring. Innovectra's ActivSearch, a proprietary search system in an easy-to-use web format, will power the site. ActivSearch allows web visitors to search for businesses by name, category or features that traditionally only appeared in print yellow pages. The site will be optimized for Internet search engines including Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask and others.
Ross Publications will also offer Innovectra’s ActivIMPACT program to its local advertisers in Southern California. ActivIMPACT, a scalable, dynamic local advertising solution announced in January 2008, uses proven, online marketing techniques and proprietary data to generate clicks, calls and Internet traffic for local advertisers.
With ActivIMPACT, Innovectra will dynamically create highly specialized and optimized LeadSites for Ross Yellow Pages advertisers, leveraging the company’s knowledge of the exact terms that consumers use to find local goods and services with the local merchant’s discriminating features. Innovectra’s certified search marketers will also create compelling online advertising campaigns in online search engines and by using video, mobile, widgets and other leading web and digital technologies.
