Innovectra Announces ActivImpact and the Addition of Online Executives Todd Walrath and Eric Koefoot as Innovectra Board Members
Leading Internet Pioneers Join Lead Generation and Internet Yellow Pages Company's Board of Directors As Innovectra Announces New Local Advertising Services.
Vienna, Va.,January 10, 2008 –Innovectra Corporation, the only full service local search software and services company, today announced new service offerings to maximize online traffic and revenue generation for the company's Internet Yellow Pages (IYP) partners and the million advertisers they represent.
The new service offerings being marketed as ActivImpact are designed to impact
and improve the performance of IYP's online search properties. The features of ActivImpact include SEO, SEM, Mobile, Widgets, LeadStream, Video ads, and Dynamic Couponing plus many others under development in 2008.
Innovectra President and CEO Thomas Lewis also announced that Todd Walrath and Eric Koefoot, executives with years of successful startup leadership and web commerce experience, have joined the company's Board of Directors.
Mr. Walrath co-founded LEADS.com, a local search and lead generation advertising agency acquired by Website Pros, Inc (NASDAQ: WPSI). Mr. Walrath, WPSI's President of Online Marketing and Lead Generation Services, is a former Group Vice President at AOL, who led that company's local services, including AOL Digital City, AOL for Small Business, AOL Yellow Pages, Local Search and Classifieds. He was also part of the executive team that launched Weather.com and later became Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Walrath holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
Mr. Koefoot was the CEO and Publisher of U.S. News Ventures (USNV), a new media division of U.S. News & World Report. Mr. Koefoot is also the co-founder of Five Star Alliance, a luxury hotel booking service and also served as Vice President of Sales for Washington Post.Newsweek Interactive (WPNI), part of The Washington Post Company (NYSE: WPO). Mr. Koefoot led sales efforts at WPNI for the award-winning sites Newsweek.com and WashingtonPost.com. His prior positions inc lude serving as CFO at WPNI, President of PrimeSource Consulting and management positions at Deloitte & Touche and Ford Motor Company. Mr. Koefoot holds an MBA and a BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
