Thomas (Tom) Lewis, President and CEO
Tom Lewis serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for Innovectra. An internet media technology veteran, Tom has been active in managing successful start-up businesses for over 25 years. From 2001 to 2007, he was President & CEO of Entrieva. Tom created Entrieva through the combination of Webversa (a VXML Voice ASP) and the acquisition of Semio Corp. Under his direction Entrieva created and patented the innovative Internet advertising targeting technology known as ClickSense™. ClickSense is currently in use today by major media companies like AOL as well as advertising networks such as Collective Media, Choice Media and search companies such as Mamma.com. He initially joined Entrieva as Vice President & CFO in June 2000. Tom was instrumental in attracting over $12 million in institutional capital and subsequent follow-on debt and equity capital for Entrieva.
In April 2001, he was elected President & CEO of Entrieva. He created the Entrieva name and the ClickSense business model and then successfully drove Entrieva to record revenue and profitability in 2003. Prior to Entrieva, he served as Vice President and CFO of Essential Technologies, Inc., an enterprise software company that sold to Fortune 1000 and Federal, State and Local customers.
From 1997 to 1999, he was Group Vice President and General Manager of Weston's Knowledge Systems & Solutions Practice, where he developed custom knowledge management software applications, Web-based knowledge communities and Web-delivered software applications for companies nationwide.
At The Oxford Group, a multi-billion dollar fully-integrated commercial real estate development and management company, from 1984 to 1997, he served as Vice President of Strategic Planning and ultimately as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company's Retirement Care, Communications and Internet operations subsidiaries. During his tenure with The Oxford Group, he successfully raised over $100 million in debt and equity capital in both private and public formats as well as managed operating businesses with over $50M in revenues, which included both business acquisitions and dispositions.
From 1976 until 1984, he was with Arthur Andersen & Co., where he reached the position of senior manager focused on high technology companies and was involved in taking multiple companies public (e.g. US Design Corporation, Digital Switch Corporation) in the early 1980's.
Michael Evanchick, Vice President and CFO
Mike Evanchick joined Innovectra as Controller in May 2005. He was promoted to Vice President and CFO in April 2008. He brings 13 years of financial and operational experience to the company. He is part of the Executive Management team responsible for introducing the new ActivImpact platform. He also is the Executive officer responsible for overseeing the Publisher Service Team, which ensures the performance, accuracy, and success of our Yellow Pages publishers.From 2002 to 2005, Mike worked with Western Golf Properties to define and implement the Financial systems and procedures for one of their Management Properties. He conducted systems control auditing for Executive Management and was responsible for ensuring proper Accounting practices.
From 1997 to 2002 Mike led the Financial team and Inventory Control team for Technology Advancement Group, which specialized in engineering, manufacturing and the integration of custom hardware solutions. He was part of the Management team that helped grow the company from its early stages of 25 employees to an over 100 employee, multi-million dollar profitable company.
Michael received his BS in Accountancy from California University of Pennsylvania.
Scott Feder, Vice President of Sales
Scott Feder is a 20 year sales & marketing leader who is responsible for securing new Innovectra clients, managing account relationships, and providing our directory publishers with business consulting, sales support and marketing services.
A Yellow Pages industry veteran, Scott has successfully managed large scale directory operations throughout the US, small business product marketing and pioneered the development and launch of Local Search and Internet Yellow Pages applications with his business partners and leading Internet service providers.
He has held senior management positions with several Fortune 500 companies during his directory publishing, Internet Yellow Pages and telecom career including GTE Directories, Citizens Communications, Frontier Corporation, and CenturyTel. He joined Innovectra in September 2007.
Mr. Feder has an extensive business education and professional background in marketing, entrepreneurship and telecommunications. He holds degrees from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, TX - B.B.A., Florida International University, Miami, FL - M.B.A., The University of Dallas, TX - M.M.
Jamshid Khazenie, Acting CTO
Jamshid Khazenie has extensive experience is technology leadership and management for early stage companies utilizing Information Technology as their core platform for delivering value and generating revenue.
He was VP and CTO at Away.com, which was acquired by Orbitz in 2004. He continued to serve as a technology Vice President at Orbitz through 2006, and later served as CTO of U.S. News Ventures, a new media initiative by U.S. News and World Report.
Jamshid received a BS in Computer Science and a BA in Interactive Communications from West Virginia University.
