Thomas (Tom) Lewis, President and CEO
Tom Lewis serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for Innovectra. An internet media technology veteran, Tom has been active in managing successful start-up businesses for over 25 years. From 2001 to 2007, he was President & CEO of Entrieva. Tom created Entrieva through the combination of Webversa (a VXML Voice ASP) and the acquisition of Semio Corp. Under his direction Entrieva created and patented the innovative Internet advertising targeting technology known as ClickSense™. ClickSense is currently in use today by major media companies like AOL as well as advertising networks such as Collective Media, Choice Media and search companies such as Mamma.com. He initially joined Entrieva as Vice President & CFO in June 2000. Tom was instrumental in attracting over $12 million in institutional capital and subsequent follow-on debt and equity capital for Entrieva.
In April 2001, he was elected President & CEO of Entrieva. He created the Entrieva name and the ClickSense business model and then successfully drove Entrieva to record revenue and profitability in 2003. Prior to Entrieva, he served as Vice President and CFO of Essential Technologies, Inc., an enterprise software company that sold to Fortune 1000 and Federal, State and Local customers.
From 1997 to 1999, he was Group Vice President and General Manager of Weston's Knowledge Systems & Solutions Practice, where he developed custom knowledge management software applications, Web-based knowledge communities and Web-delivered software applications for companies nationwide.
At The Oxford Group, a multi-billion dollar fully-integrated commercial real estate development and management company, from 1984 to 1997, he served as Vice President of Strategic Planning and ultimately as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company's Retirement Care, Communications and Internet operations subsidiaries. During his tenure with The Oxford Group, he successfully raised over $100 million in debt and equity capital in both private and public formats as well as managed operating businesses with over $50M in revenues, which included both business acquisitions and dispositions.
From 1976 until 1984, he was with Arthur Andersen & Co., where he reached the position of senior manager focused on high technology companies and was involved in taking multiple companies public (e.g. US Design Corporation, Digital Switch Corporation) in the early 1980's.
Sever Totia, Board Member
Sever is a Principal with Edison Venture Fund and leads investments in enterprise software and business services companies. He brings over 12 years of operating and investment experience in technology. Sever serves on the boards of Regent, Optinuity and Innovectra.
Prior to joining Edison, Sever was with Lazard Technology Partners, a $400M early stage venture fund. There he co-led the enterprise software investment practice that included companies such as Aptspft, BoxTone, Cyveillance, Intellitactics, Managed Objects, NFR Security (sold to Checkpoint), and Vocus (NASDAQ: VOCS).
Before joining Lazard in 2000, Sever held multiple product management leadership positions with Thomson Financial's Equity Research Products division. Sever received a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute.
Todd Walrath, Board Member
Todd Walrath is the co-founder and President of LEADS.com a leading reseller of Local Search and Lead Generation Services. LEADS.com was acquired by Website Pro’s Inc. and went public on the NASDAQ in 2005. (WSPI)
Before starting LEADS.com in 2003, Mr. Walrath was Group VP of AOL Local which included AOL Digital City, AOL for Small Business, AOL Yellow Pages, Local Search and Classifieds.
From 1996 - 2000, Mr. Walrath was Chief Operating Officer for weather.com which he helped launch in 1996. Weather.com is the leading content site on the Internet and part of The Weather Channel Cable Network.
Mr. Walrath holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
Eric Koefoot, Board Member
Eric Koefoot was the CEO & Publisher of U.S. News Ventures (USNV), a new media company created by U.S. News & World Report and Bulletin News.
Koefoot has almost 20 years of business experience since graduating from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with an engineering degree and an MBA.
He is the co-founder of Five Star Alliance, a luxury hotel booking service.
He was Vice President of Sales for Washingtonpost.Newsweek Interactive (WPNI), the Interactive Division of the WashingtonPost Company which publishes the award winning washingtonpost.com and newsweek.com.
Prior positions include CFO of WPNI, President of PrimeSource Consulting, Manager at Deloitte & Touche Consulting, and Finance Manager at Ford Motor Company.
